Terms & Conditions (AGB)

These Terms & Conditions are intended to create a clear and supportive framework for our work together. By booking a session, you agree to the following:

1. General Agreement

My services support personal development, self-understanding, and clarity. They do not replace therapy, medical or psychological treatment, or legal advice. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

2. Payment

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. To reschedule, please contact me via email.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

This policy reflects the preparation time required and the time reserved in my schedule.

5. Non-Attendance (No-Show)

If you do not attend a scheduled session and fail to cancel in time, the session will be considered as attended and will be charged in full.

6. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. There is no entitlement to an extension or partial refund.

7. Multiple Bookings / Programs

If multiple sessions or programs are booked, all agreed appointments are binding. Missed sessions can only be rescheduled in accordance with the deadlines stated above.

8. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days in accordance with the separate withdrawal policy (Widerrufsbelehrung).

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the statutory provisions shall take precedence over the above cancellation policy.

The cancellation policy outlined in these Terms applies in addition to, and not in place of, the statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Early Start of Services

By booking a session, you expressly request that the service may begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

10. Scope of Services

I provide guidance, insight, and educational input based on Human Design and coaching principles. I do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical, psychological, trauma or crisis support.

If you are experiencing acute distress, please seek appropriate professional assistance.

11. Required Client Information

To provide the booked service (e.g. a Human Design reading), you are required to provide accurate personal birth data, including:

  • date of birth

  • exact time of birth (if available)

  • place of birth

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct. The quality and accuracy of the session depend on this data.

If the required information is not provided in time, I may not be able to perform the service as agreed. In such cases, the session may be considered as cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

12. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared during booking and sessions will be treated confidentially.

I use third-party service providers for scheduling, payment, and communication, including:

  • Acuity Scheduling (appointments)

  • Stripe (payment processing)

  • Google Meet (video sessions)

Your data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Third-party providers may process data outside the European Union. Further details can be found in the Privacy Policy.

13. Communication

After booking, you will receive:

  • a confirmation email

  • a link to your session (e.g. Google Meet)

  • any relevant preparation information

No additional communication is included outside of scheduled sessions unless explicitly agreed.

14. Session Recordings

Sessions are not recorded. No audio or video recordings are created or stored.

15. Materials & Intellectual Property

Any materials provided (e.g. written reports, if offered) are for personal use only.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

16. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
