About me
I’m Kerstin — a Human Design and Soul Purpose Coach, a mother of four, and someone who has always been fascinated by what shapes us as humans. I’ve spent my life observing how differently we think, feel, work, and relate — and how much friction arises when we assume others should be like us.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve believed that the world would work better if we understood each other more. Not by becoming the same, but by recognising and valuing our differences. Tolerance, curiosity, and compassion have always been my guiding values. They are the foundation of my work.
I grew up in a world rooted in logic and reason, and for a long time that was the only framework I trusted. But life, especially my third child’s stillbirth in 2014, pushed me into deeper questions about meaning, purpose, and the unseen patterns that shape our lives. That experience didn’t make me turn my back on what I knew, but it made me open to the perspective of sensing and feeling, not always knowing or understanding. It taught me that understanding can come from many places, and that what matters is not whether something is scientifically provable, but whether it helps us.
I have always loved to contemplate the big questions of life, with a particular interest in human interactions. When I came across Human Design I was instantly hooked as it contains so much wisdom. I love how it helps us to see ourselves more clearly, and how we are different. And how that is something beautiful.
While a part of me has become deeply spiritual, the part of me born and rooted into reason and logic was never replaced. I love how both worlds are essentially logical, their difference being their starting points and assumptions. I have let go of the need to know or to be certain. Instead I love exploring possibilities.
Human Design became a tool for me. Not a truth, not a belief system — a language. To me, it’s a way to help my clients to question their “shoulds,” understand their strengths, and see the lived experiences that shaped their behaviour. It’s a way to reduce friction in relationships and increase compassion for ourselves and each other.
Over time, I realised something important: when people understand their natural strengths and contributions, they begin to use their potential in ways that benefit both themselves and the groups they’re part of. Their strengths have always been there — but are often unseen, unspoken, or overshadowed by expectations that don’t fit.
My professional path has been just as nonlinear as my inner one. I hold a Master’s in Business Administration and Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), and I’ve worked in various industries in Germany and England. I’ve always worked in companies that, during my time there, were undergoing change - where complexity was high, clarity low, and people felt unseen. I’ve learned that many problems in organisations are not technical; they’re human. They come from misunderstanding, assumptions, expectations and the fear of difference.
Illness forced me to look closer at my life, and in 2021 I decided to follow my gut to step into the unknown. In 2022 two opportunities arose: training to become an SEO specialist, or a Soul Purpose Coach. I decided to take another leap of faith and went for the later. In April 2023 I successfully graduated as a Soul Purpose Coach from the then Dharma Coaching Institute, having trained under Sahara Rose, Neeta Bhushan and Ajit Nawalkha. In Februar 2023 Human Design found me and my path elevated! I have since studied with various amazing teachers, committing to studying Human Design in depth with Erin Claire Jones since 2024. Her Human Design Genuis training is an ongoing offer I thorougly enjoy on a weekly basis!
I’m not someone who manages complexity, but I love analysing complextity. There are often patterns beneath the surface that I find easy to spot — dynamics between people, unspoken expectations, mismatched needs, strengths that go unnoticed. I help individuals, leaders and teams to understand these patterns in a way that reduces friction and unlocks the potential that has always been there.
Whether I work with individuals, parents, leaders, or teams, my intention is always the same: to help people to see and understand themselves better — and to help groups function with more ease, trust, and humanity.
Human Design is the tool I use. Its different aspects show our different needs beautifully and I love to fascilitate understanding for people themselves, as well as between people. With the purpose of helping people and teams to unlock their potential through clarity — respectfully.
